03We do not hold your money
Your funds stay in your broker account. We never ask for your broker password to move money. API access is used only to place and manage orders that you authorise.
04Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with your connected broker, service providers who help us operate (hosting, payments, messaging), and authorities when the law requires.
05Security and retention
Broker keys and tokens are stored in encrypted form and access is restricted. We keep data while your account is active and as long as the law requires afterwards. No system is completely secure, so please protect your own login.
06Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, and basic analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
07Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, subject to legal and record-keeping duties. Write to hello@proalgo.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
